PetLovesYou is operated by CARLSON VENTURE STUDIO, a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore (“PetLovesYou”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you when you use the PetLovesYou mobile application and related services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, information generated through your use of the app, and limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, and improve PetLovesYou.
Account Information
When you create or use a PetLovesYou account, we may process:
- Email address
- Account or user identifier
- Authentication provider information
- Information required to authenticate and maintain your account
- Account security and sign-in information
If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple performs identity verification. Depending on your choices, we may receive an Apple user identifier, your name, your email address, or an Apple Private Relay email address. We do not receive your Apple ID password.
2. Pet Profile Information
You may voluntarily provide information about your pet, including pet name, species, breed, age, personality traits, profile photographs, and other information you choose to add to your pet profile. We use this information to personalise your PetLovesYou experience and provide app features.
3. User-Uploaded Photos and Content
You may upload photographs or other content for features including 3D model generation, wallpaper generation, live wallpapers, AI-generated images and videos, and other personalised pet content.
Uploaded photographs may be transmitted to our servers and/or third-party AI service providers when necessary to perform the feature you request. You should only upload photographs or other content that you have the right to use. Please avoid uploading sensitive personal information that is not necessary to use the service.
4. AI-Generated and Generated Content
PetLovesYou may create content based on photographs, pet information, prompts, or other information you provide. Generated content may include:
- 3D pet models
- Wallpapers and AI-generated images
- Live wallpapers and short videos
- AI-generated chat responses
- Other personalised pet content
Generated content and associated metadata may be stored so that you can access it through your account. AI-generated content may not always accurately reproduce your pet or produce the exact result requested.
5. In-App Activity and Purchase Information
We may process information relating to your use of PetLovesYou, including daily check-ins, coin balances, virtual items, feature usage, purchase history, subscription status, and App Store transaction information. Payments for iOS purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your complete payment-card details.
6. Device, Security and Technical Information
To operate, protect and improve PetLovesYou, we and our service providers may process limited technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, IP address, authentication metadata, and security and fraud-prevention information.
We do not intentionally collect your precise GPS location. An IP address may provide an approximate geographic indication, but PetLovesYou does not use IP addresses to track your precise physical location.
7. How We Use Information
We may use information collected through PetLovesYou to:
- Create and manage your account and authenticate users
- Create and maintain pet profiles
- Generate personalised 3D pet models, AI images, wallpapers and videos
- Provide AI-powered pet chat responses
- Store and synchronise account information and generated content
- Process and manage App Store purchases and subscriptions
- Detect fraud, abuse and security incidents
- Diagnose technical problems and improve app stability
- Develop and improve PetLovesYou features
- Communicate important service-related information
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
8. AI Processing and Third-Party Service Providers
PetLovesYou relies on third-party technology and service providers to operate certain features. We seek to limit information transmitted to service providers to information reasonably necessary for the relevant service or feature.
Cloud Authentication, Database and Storage
PetLovesYou uses cloud infrastructure including Google Firebase for user authentication, database storage, pet profile information, uploaded photographs, generated-content metadata and generated media storage.
3D Model Generation
When you request 3D model generation, your selected pet photograph and information reasonably necessary to complete the request may be transmitted to a third-party 3D-generation service.
AI Image and Video Generation
When you request an AI-generated image, wallpaper, live wallpaper or video, the selected pet photograph and necessary information may be transmitted to third-party AI image or video generation providers to perform the generation request.
AI Chat
When you use PetLovesYou’s AI chat features, your chat message, relevant pet-profile information, and limited conversation context may be transmitted to an AI language-model provider. Where OpenAI’s API is used, API data is not used to train OpenAI’s models by default.
Subscription Management — RevenueCat
PetLovesYou may use RevenueCat, Inc. to manage subscription status and entitlements. RevenueCat may process your app user identifier, App Store receipt information, subscription status and entitlement information. RevenueCat does not receive your full payment-card information.
9. Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with data brokers or advertising networks for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may share information with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate PetLovesYou, generate requested AI content, manage subscriptions, maintain security, or prevent fraud. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, legal process or valid governmental request.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest where supported, authentication controls, access controls and security monitoring.
No electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide PetLovesYou, maintain your account, fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal, accounting or regulatory obligations.
When you delete your account, we initiate deletion of personal information associated with your account from our active application systems. We aim to remove user-controlled application data from our active systems within 30 days following an account-deletion request.
12. Account Deletion
You may initiate deletion of your PetLovesYou account from within the app:
Settings → Account → Delete Account
Account deletion is intended to remove your account, pet profile, uploaded photographs, generated media, stored 3D models and application data associated with your account.
Important: Deleting your PetLovesYou account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. You must separately manage or cancel any App Store subscription through your Apple account settings.

13. Children’s Privacy
PetLovesYou is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without legally valid authorisation. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information may contact us at petloveyou520@gmail.com.
14. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including:
- Access — Request information regarding personal data we hold about you
- Correction — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information
- Deletion — Request deletion of your personal information (or use the in-app account deletion feature)
- Data Portability — Request certain personal information in a structured, machine-readable format
- Restriction of Processing — Request restriction of certain processing activities
- Objection — Object to certain forms of processing
- Withdrawal of Consent — Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

15. Singapore Privacy Rights
CARLSON VENTURE STUDIO operates PetLovesYou from Singapore. We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Singapore data-protection requirements, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 where applicable.

17. International Processing
PetLovesYou and our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you reside. Where required by applicable law, reasonable measures will be taken to provide appropriate protections for international transfers of personal information.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in PetLovesYou features, service providers, data-processing practices or applicable laws. If we make material changes, we may provide appropriate notice through PetLovesYou, our website, email or another suitable method.
